New startup with disruptive business model. First car concierge service that takes care of your car for yourself. Just PM Alfred in messenger, he will come and take the car to the best auto service, once your car is ready Alfred will check everything and bring it back. For Tigers Moscow team it was the first case to test it’s new methodology: strategic-creative pairs, user generated branding and MVP guidelines. Together with client we defined our TA’s key barrier - absence of trust and no formulated need in service. We also defined experience brand gives from the very first relation as one of the most important in building of trust, that’s why we decided to create client-centric platform with personification and this is how name ‘Alfred’ had appeared. Afterwards we designed the whole bunch of MVP guidelines and social media kit to create holistic brand experience across the channels.
